With the feeding attachment we can also use to slice the vegetables, banana, potato etc.  to make chips

Working System:

 power on the machine hold the shelled coconut in hand and feed to the Rotating blade slightly rotate the coconut to peel continuously.

Specifications:

Paring tool is scraper used for removing of brown skin or testa from the coconut to obtain white coconut ball. The paring tool are made from Aluminum bar & CNC Machined. The blades will be food grade SS-304 double side grinded.

The washing system shall be two stage washing system.

1. Flood or Tank Washer

(i) Flood or Tank Washer

This consists of a water filled steel tank connected with aerator water pump. As the water flow the coconuts flows it and moves further. A Special designed conveyor is used for lifting the coconut up and feed to the next process. We can also fix water sprayer on top of the tank.

Smooth Pre-Cutter

This is used to cut whole coconut ball into 2 to 3pieces.Size may vary from 2"to3".After cutting the pieces can be inspected,sorted

then washed and feed to fine cutter or pin mill as requested.
